1. Please secure application form from the Office of Admission.
2. Please present requirements for entrance examination to the Admission

    Office prior to taking the entrance exam.
3. Pay the non-refundable testing fee at the SJWMS Cashier’s office.
4. Present the OR to the Admissions Officer and secure examination schedule.
5. Kindly check the examination date and time before leaving the

    Admissions Office.
6. Read and follow instructions as stated in the examination.
7. Take the SJWMS exam as scheduled by the office.
